The air has been feeling different lately, and you know exactly what I am talking about, you can feel it in your chest, in your thoughts, in the way certain people start creeping back into your mind when you least expect it, and you may even be asking yourself why now, why after all this time?
Let me tell you something, and I mean this…
Nothing in your life happens by accident, especially when it comes to matters of the heart.
I have found, in dealing with clients over the years, that when someone from your past begins to resurface, whether through dreams, memories, or that sudden urge to reach out, there is unfinished energy there, something that was never fully resolved, and the Universe will bring it back around until it is faced.
That does not always mean they are meant to return.
Sometimes the lesson is closure, sometimes it is growth, and sometimes it is learning how to finally let go.
And let’s be honest…
How many of you are still holding on to something you should have released a long time ago?
STOP IT!
It is draining your energy and blocking the very things you say you want.
Make no mistakes about it…
If someone has already shown you that they are inconsistent, emotionally unavailable, or unwilling to meet you halfway, then you have to ask yourself what you are really holding on to.
Is it love…
Or is it the idea of what you wanted that love to be?
I am not saying reconciliation is impossible, because it is not, but the ones who succeed are the ones who take a step back and do the work on themselves first, they grow, they change, they understand their patterns, and when things come back together, they do so in a way that actually lasts.
The ones who fail chase, rush, and demand results without doing the inner work, and they end up right back where they started.
CHOOSE A PATH AND COMMIT TO IT!
You cannot live in yesterday while trying to build tomorrow, it does not work that way.
“A divided heart will always lead to a divided life.”
The Universe blesses those who bless themselves, and that means knowing when to hold on, and when to walk away, even when it hurts like hell.
I have been there, I have lived it, and I can tell you, some endings are not punishments, they are the very thing that sets you free.
