Redefining Poverty!
Look to the clouds for the silver lining and you will surely find it, all too often it is easier to focus on the negative aspects of our lives, losing sight of the gold that we already possess, the reason for this, is our constant need to strive for more, I have often heard it said that we always want that which we cannot have, I believe this to be a false statement, I personally believe that we can have anything and everything that we desire, within reason of course, the Universal Mother will at times set limitations making it necessary for us to work within our means, I also believe that when we make statements such as the one above that we reinforce the negative aspects of our lives and we push our desires further and further away.
I believe the best approach to take at getting all that you want out of life is to create a foundation in which to work from by setting goals, define your priorities and energize them by focusing on them daily, by writing them down you give life to them, there is power in the written word, the paper in which your words are printed on literally becomes a magnet, drawing and pulling your desires to you.
If your desire is to prosper in life the absolute worse thing that you can do is to allow yourself to get caught up in the negative rut of poverty, in most cases we are only poor because we cannot see ourselves as being rich and therefore prosperity always seems to pass us by, the first step on the way to a prosperous life and financial freedom is learning to create your own opportunities and stop setting limitations for yourself by holding onto the negative thoughts that you cannot achieve or accomplish your life goals.
There is an old song that Dolly Parton sings, for those of you who may not be familiar with her she is a country and western singer and she also owns Dolly Wood Amusement Park in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, the song is a coat of many colors, in the song she talks about growing up poor and her mother making her a coat out of a box of old rags that a neighbor gave to them, she wore the coat to school and the kids all made fun of her and they didn't understand that her mother had sewn each stitch with love and that one is only poor if one chooses to be, now whether or not this song is about her life, the fact of the matter is that she grew up dirt poor and now look at her today and if that song was about her life, I just wonder how her classmate's lives turned out and how would their success compare to hers.
Poverty can be a matter of circumstances, but as we grow in life so do our options and we are only limited by the lack of flare in our imagination, if you can see yourself as financially secure, you will eventually become financially secure, but if you are determined to hold on to the idea that you cannot succeed you are destined to fail miserably! People who come from the worse possible situations are the ones who succeed the most often in life, why? Because they are driven to overcome their circumstances and in most cases when you are born into poverty you have nothing to lose and you have everything to gain, so their focus becomes so strong that they excel right to the top.
Poverty and prosperity is very much a state of mind, energy, pure energy and the only value that each one possess is the value that we as individuals assign to the word, your definition and my definition of the word poverty will take on a whole different meaning, we all know the definition that Webster gave each word, but have you really stopped and ask yourself what it really means to you? To some people poverty is not being able to pay the bills, while to others it means that they will have to continue driving last years BMW, you can see that there is a huge difference in the definition of the word, the important thing as an individual is to reassign the definition and energize the new meaning of the word on a daily basis, by doing so you will be able to overcome the energy block and rise above your current level of prosperity.

Webster's Definition On Poverty: The state of one who lacks a usual or socially acceptable amount of money or material possessions.
My Definition On Poverty: I have all that I need and I live within my means, whatever I do not have is on it's way to me.
